She has led and coached in numerous portfolios, including education, training, health, business, marketing and human resources. As a keen learner herself, she posses a PhD in Philosophy from RMIT University and both Graduate and Undergraduate studies at University of Melbourne. With Leadership residencies from the prestigious Harvard Business School and Graduate School of Education; she also boasts qualified membership with the International Coaching Federation.

Throughout her extensive career, Dr. Matthews has assumed pivotal roles in leading teams, working in governance with a zest for getting it right in the Boardroom to lead positive culture.
